EXCHANGE & RETURNS
At Disel Fashion, we value your shopping experience and want you to feel confident with every purchase. Our exchange and return guidelines are designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.
Exchanges
• Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are available for size or color variations, or you may choose a different style of equal value.
• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• Once approved, the exchange process typically takes 5–10 working days.
• Exchanges can also be arranged at selected Disel Fashion retail outlets, subject to prior confirmation with our online team.
Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect compared to your order.
• Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be arranged free of charge.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued as follows:
• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded to the customer’s nominated bank account.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, funds may take 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
In Store Assistance
• For convenience, online purchases may be exchanged at our Disel Fashion outlets after contacting our customer service team for approval.
• Exchanges at outlets are limited to size, color, or style changes.
• Discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• Please note: we do not issue credit notes or gift vouchers for online exchanges.
Important Notes
• All exchange/return requests must be initiated by contacting us via email or hotline before sending items back.
• Products not returned in a fully resalable condition may be rejected for exchange or refund.
• Once an order has been shipped, changes to the delivery address cannot be accommodated.
• Any price differences for exchanged items must be settled at the time of transaction.
